We act as an expert planner and coordinator; however, the actual execution of third-party services (such as flights, hotels, or local tours) is subject to the individual terms of those respective providers.

2. Custom Quotes and Booking

All initial consultations and custom price quotes are subject to availability and may vary depending on travel season, changes in local rates, or specific modifications requested by the client. An itinerary is only considered locked and confirmed once the agreed payment or deposit has been successfully processed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our itineraries are highly customized, tailored, and handcrafted for individual styles and paces, our planning service fees are generally non-refundable once work on the itinerary has begun. Cancellations or changes to third-party bookings (hotels, flights, transport) are strictly governed by the cancellation policies of those specific vendors.

4. Traveler Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold a valid passport, obtain the necessary visas for entering China, and secure adequate travel insurance for their journey. China Destination is not liable for travel disruptions caused by missing documentation, visa denials, or personal health issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

China Destination strives to provide accurate, stress-free, and high-quality planning. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, weather conditions, political closures, or accidents during your travel.

6. Intellectual Property

The customized itineraries, website text, layout design, and branding materials provided by China Destination are the intellectual property of our brand and are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only.
